Richard Murphy Architects have taken their inspiration from several large ‘sea captain's' houses in the local area that are characterised by tall turrets and rooftop rooms. The innovative design of the glazed lanterns at the tops of the buildings maximises the views and gives a striking appearance to the properties when lit at night.

The elegant choice of materials for the exteriors give the development a feel in keeping with the Victorian architecture of the area and makes for a truly landmark building.
