The new properties at Trinity Gardens are on a site where Victorian villas surrounded by woodland once stood. Many of the mature trees framing the apartments have been retained, inspiring the landscaping scheme used at the site. In addition, some 40 new semi-mature specimens are being planted within the garden, to increase the diversity of the arboricultural interest and to create a sanctuary away from the bustle of city life.

A sanctuary in the city

The private and secure gardens create a modern interpretation of the traditional estate landscape. The simple treatments of grassland meadows and bulb planting give a sense of openness, while affording a division of space and privacy where required.

Further subtle use of existing stone walls, new hedging and planting create more opportunities to escape. You can sit amongst the trees, read a good book or just relax in the surroundings.
