Who is the design team responsible for the project?
The Trinity Gardens design was created by Richard Murphy Architects with Comprehensive Design Architects working in collaboration to complete the detailed design. The interiors of the properties are being designed by Conran and Partners.

Is there a marketing suite or show apartment for Trinity Gardens that I can visit?
A marketing suite and show apartment will open in Spring/Summer 2008. Prior to this date you can register your interest with the Trinity Gardens sole selling agent Rettie and Co. who will be able to give you more information.
How is work progressing on site?
The construction of the underground parking level is now underway and the first properties in phase 1 are anticipated to be ready in mid 2009.
Where is Trinity Gardens?
Trinity Gardens is situated in the sought area of Trinity, approximately 2 miles north of the city centre. It is accessed from both Ferry Road (pedestrian access) and South Trinity Road (vehicular access).
