1. Promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 18 who register interest in Trinity Gardens at www.trinity-gardens.com.
2. The promotion will run as per the promotional material.
3. The promoter may amend or foreclose the promotion without notice, and for any reason, without allocation of prizes. In such circumstances neither the promoter nor its agents will be liable in respect of the same.
4. The promoter is Ailsa Investments Ltd.
5. Employees of Ailsa Investments Ltd, its associated agencies & suppliers and the immediate family of such employees are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

7. There is one prize of £500 of John Lewis vouchers (retail value £500) available to be won by members of Westwoods, one prize of £500 John Lewis vouchers (retail value £500) available to be won by members of Craigielaw and one prize of £500 of Habitat vouchers (retail value £500) available to Habitat customers. The prizes will be awarded to one entrant from each pool whose submission is drawn by random selection from all received submissions in accordance with these terms & conditions.
8. No cash alternative to prize is available, nor can prizes be exchanged for an alternative prize. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all prize(s) with (a) prize(s) of the promoter's choice.
9. To enter the promotion entrants must fully complete the online registration form and insert the unique promotion code provided on the promotional material.
10. Entries must be submitted online by clicking ‘submit' after completing the online registration form. Incorrect, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The promoter accepts no responsibility for submissions that are not received by the promoter.

18. A prize of £1000 of Habitat/John Lewis vouchers is available to those who subsequently purchase a property, satisfying the above terms and conditions and have registered online using the unique code. Habitat/John Lewis vouchers will be presented to the winner on legal completion.
