3. The promoter may amend or foreclose the promotion without notice, and for any reason, without allocation of prizes. In such circumstances neither the promoter nor its agents will be liable in respect of the same.

The prizes will be awarded to one entrant from each pool whose submission is drawn by random selection from all received submissions in accordance with these terms & conditions.
8. No cash alternative to prize is available, nor can prizes be exchanged for an alternative prize. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all prize(s) with (a) prize(s) of the promoter's choice.
